Conditions générales

The Service exists so that people can avoid handing their personal address to every site that demands one. The following uses are expressly prohibited, and we will act on credible reports of them:

• Evading a suspension, ban or block imposed by any platform.
• Creating accounts in order to manipulate a service — vote brigading, review fraud, artificial engagement, or circumventing rate limits.
• Repeatedly claiming free trials, introductory offers or promotional credit that a provider intends to be taken once.
• Impersonating another person or organisation, or registering accounts in someone else's name.
• Harassment, stalking, threats, or any use directed at harming another person.
• Phishing, malware distribution, fraud, or any activity that is unlawful where you are or where our servers operate.
• Automated or scripted access that places an unreasonable load on the Service, or attempts to enumerate inboxes belonging to other people.

Using a disposable address to register for a lawful service you simply do not want to give your personal address to is not prohibited. That is what this is for.

Inboxes on this Service are public by design. They are not protected by a password, and any person who knows or guesses an address can read the messages in it. You must not use the Service to receive confidential, financial, medical or otherwise sensitive information, and you accept the risk of interception if you do.

Where the Service offers a saved inbox reachable by a private link, that link functions as the only credential. Anyone who obtains it can open the inbox. You are responsible for keeping it private.

Addresses are recycled. Once an inbox expires, its address returns to the general pool and may later be issued to a different user. You should therefore never register a lasting account, or anything requiring future password recovery, using an address from this Service.

The Service is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising. Pages may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google. Those third parties set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies, which are identified in our privacy policy together with the available opt-outs.

We do not control the specific advertisements shown and do not endorse advertised products or services. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

The Service is offered on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery of any particular message, or that a given address will be accepted by a third-party site — many services deliberately reject disposable domains, and that decision is theirs to make.

We may change, suspend, rate-limit or withdraw any part of the Service at any time, and may block access where we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached, without prior notice.

The Service is not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old to use it, and older where your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will assist where we are able.

If an address on one of our domains has been used to abuse your platform or to harm someone, report it through our contact page. Include the address and the approximate time. Because inboxes are short-lived and hold no identifying data, what we can supply is limited, but we do block abusive patterns and can restrict access to our domains where necessary.
